All I can tell you is that it hasn't been registered for copyright in the USA, nor is there a GATT notice or NIE filed at USCO. It still could be covered by GATT.

Thank you for the information- I might take a chance or do some more research about it- I like to share the rare movies I have but I don't want to step on anyone's copyright.

Hey!
I just signed-up here about 10 minutes ago and my first search was for "Uncle", believe it or not.
There's person at "i Offer" (yes, spelled like that) who is selling copies on DVD-R for $12 OR $10 according to his mood, I guess. lol
There's a B&W DVD at AMAZON.COM.
It looks like a dupe of a dupe of a dupe and the movie was made in Widescreen COLOR !
There are so many people selling copies of rare movies like this one...literally MILLIONS, you'd never be noticed.
Anyway...if this film is copyrighted, it would be released and it hasn't been.
You're just being a good person sharing or selling it.
Don't worry.
I've got a couple-of very rare Chris Lee/Dracula DVDs, myself...if you're interested.
Do you have a good copy of this one?
And can you help me get a copy?
If so, how much?
Please let me know.
